He began his university studies in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, at the Universidad del Valle de México, completed his clinical rotations at Reynosa General Hospital, and continued his social service at the Mexican Social Security Institute. He completed his medical residency in Family Medicine at Family Medicine Unit No. 33 and General Hospital Zone No. 15, accredited by the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas. He is currently a member of Colegio de Medicos Familiares Coahuila Norte A.C. (Association of Family Medical Doctors Coahuila Norte A.C.)
